Helping people is my core. It's why I became a nutritionist and certified trainer, why I chose to be a Counselor/Therapist, and why I work at a non-profit assisting the underprivileged of my hometown.

Transformation Program

A high performance fitness and nutritional program with personalized meal and workout plans for each individual and their needs. The program offers the most effective way to burn fat and build muscle simultaneously with High Intensity Interval and weight training principles combined with short-term carbohydrate overfeed.

Personalized Training Program

It's recommended to take an InBody Composition Test to ensure the most accurate body stats before starting the training program. Based on the results of the InBody, in unison with the client's schedule, goals, stats (and more factors), a personalized training program is then designed. Man will do bi-weekly check ins and evaluations to measure progress and tweak the training program as needed. With this personalized training program, Man will be available on a daily basis to offer support, and ensure all questions and concerns are answered.

Personalized Diet

Get a personalized diet created to your specific needs. The custom-designed diets are closely dissected with a Registered and Licensed Dietician to be a working solution in accordance with the American Dietetic Association guidelines. During your transformation and progress, changes to your diet, medication and training are made as necessary to optimize your results.
